We host several major Giving Projects throughout the year intended to help families and children in need during especially stressful times. These Projects rely on monetary donations as well as donated items and help fulfill the needs of individuals during the summer, school year and holiday season.
To make a monetary donation for any of these Giving Projects, please donate through our safe and secure online portal and designate your gift to the specific event.

Back to School Fair
Held at the Center in August, children can pick out their favorite backpack and all the school supplies they need for the upcoming school year! To qualify, families must bring state issued medical cards and a valid ID. (If your children can’t come with you, please bring their medical cards and a letter from the school with their name on it.)
Halloween Trick or Treat
We also have an event on Halloween with food, games and fun for the whole family. Partnering with local community organizations we are able to provide a safe trick-or-treating experience children and families.
We are usually able to secure a limited amount of Thanksgiving meals to give to participants. These food baskets often run out quickly. Those interested in receiving one should contact the Center immediately.
Holiday Stocking Stuffer
We offer an annual Stocking Stuffer event in December that provides toys and items for families in need. There is also a limited number of items available for this as well, so families are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.
